That almost looks like Toronto... the overhead wires still hanging around, the bus colours, the motorcycle cop just off-frame in the intersection shot.
Otherwise, it's too pixellated... but it's definitely close.
Is this what the future hot rod guys are going to do when they run out of 30s Ford bodies to cut up? :P
