5:30pm today.
.I saw a black or dark blue 00-04 zx3 with tints and some sort of aftermarket tails. mighta been lowered, not sure about rims but it had a larger dual hood scoop...and the front grille mighta been tinted cause the whole car looked dark...
it was heading south on Victoria rd. and turned right onto Clair rd....I was the orange zx5 turning off Clair onto victoira heading southbound!
I know the details are sketchy but I didnt even notice it was a focus until just before I turned...
