Yeah, I thought the price was a bit steep.. Wearing fast isn't good as it's my DD. What brand would you recommend for good tread wear / grip? I've seen some Falken's for really good prices, but heard a few bad things about em.

I don't have any experience with ^^^ ... but to your other post I've had nothing but excellent experience with Falken ... and between my various Foci and my Fusion I've had about 6 sets now.
I currently run Falken Ziex ZE-912 on the street and on the track rims I've got Azenis RT-615 ... they were affordable and they do everything I want them to.
