Unless it was a repaint, 2002 SVTs only came in 4 colours; Infra-Red, CD Silver, Pitch Black and Sonic Blue.

If it is a repaint......I'd want to know who did it and why....

Are you sure it's not white at the front? (joking, the building is reflected in the paint).

But that's the point...the lighting on a rainy day can change lots.

Even a minor colour correction in Photoshop can change lots, without changing the colour of the Mustang behind it. (and the pic WAS Photoshopped to put the copyright watermark on it)

i DON'T THINK SO...ITS LISTED UNDER THE AVAILBALE (capslock) paint sticks, i can check the options i have the showroom cards and some pamphlets for almost all svt vehicles since 99

i'll check later when i find them... sonic blue in my catalogue isn't listed until 2003.... its in the mustang catalogue for 02 but not the focus

Well I saw the car. They actually have 3 on the lot (SVT)

IT IS SONIC BLUE. We went over the car and checked against the ad and the salesman even said WTF?????

In the matter of 10 minutes of speaking to him he gave me winter rims and tires, a new set of tires of my choice, and put the price down to $13995. The car is actually listed on the lot at $16995, but the put a "sale" on b4 Christmas.

Must be hard up for sales.

Meford .. do they still have the 02 CD silver SVT on there lot? if so its been sitting there for almost 2 years .. i looked at it before i bought my car ... as that dealership is next door to our old race shop

The paint code for sonic blue is S1. It was available in 02 because I had one. Rain and stuff will make it change color like that. Mine was only 42k and it was on the lot at 15,900 asking. That was back in June. Gotta remember SVT or not it IS stil justl a Focus.
