to make it easier to take the wiper arm off either use a wiper arm puller or a pulley puller.. both work fine so long as your carefull with them...

Terrace Ford as in 'the parts department' ... or as in 'off a vehicle on the new car lot' ... I know FoC made a commitment to have parts in stock when a new vehicle is launched, but it's surprising to me that they would have that part in stock already. Any idea how much?

Arm is $21.41 and takes five business days because it's shipped from Memphis,Tenn. The blade is $12.00 and should be in stock at any reputable Ford store.
