Over at the Toronto Subaru Club they're planning a Cayuga Track day June 1st. It's open to anyone who wants to come, with a cap of 50 people.

Dunno if any of you are interested or if this was posted already. But I thought someone might be.
The time line for deposit is fairly narrow though. The track wants half down by March 14th I think. So they're meeting up in various places to collect money for the event. March 8th (next wednesday).

I need to contact my insurance company about this??? If its just insurance that the track has to get then i'm down with whatever and if I don't have to move that day and my car is running alright I'd be in.

Track insurance. Not your insurance company. The track needs to be covered for liability, as I understand it.

Interest, yes. Faith, no. When was the track re-opened? I haven't heard the local council approving it. Something about the noise, and a big expensive wall needing to be built.
The SVT group was scheduled to use that track for a weekend in August of 2004, and we had to go to the Dunnville Autodrome as a last minute alternative.

They extended the deadline. So we have two more weeks to collect money.
As far as I know the track will be opened this year and that it's been resolved.
