does anyone have a wiring diagram of what the wires for the power mirrors are
which is for L/F which is up and down and which is for the heated

I got mine wired up, but I highly doubt ford has standard wire colours on all models and years. Just do what I did and strip the end of the wire going to the mirror and stick it into the factory connector until you get it right. Those M3 mirrors don't have a heated option as far as I know of so you're going to lose that option.
It doesn't matter if you get the controls right cause how often do you change the mirrors?
