for the manual for the 02-03 focus i found that the volume label of the cd isn't correct so the cd you burn won't work.
you have to extract the contents of the .iso file to your HD .. then reburn it to cd using the label 2002-2003 Car .. then it'll work with np's

You can also get a copy of the European equivelant from a torrent http://www.torrentspy.com/search.asp?mode=...etails&id=84817
I found it really helpful when trying to figure out the wiring for the clock in the european dash bezel.
