Steelcase Tires 'n' Mags is the best bet for Toronto area people. If you are going to try some sort of group but ask for Dave. I think "most" people here are already set up though?
Dave stocks 15" steel wheels made by Ford Europe for Mondeos and are a perfect match for the Focus.
I'll second Nokian Hakka's as an excellent choice for the Focus. I have Hakka 1's in 185/65R15 mounted on the wheels mentioned above.
