still need to do some gauge wiring, taillight wiring, power steering fluid change, mtx fluid change, engine oil and get 91 octane in jerry can from gas station.
possibly, i will try to butcher wiring to have drl to come on high beam sides, not on low beams. wish me luck.

everything is good and cranks but i am not hearing fuel pump whining..
checked fuel fuse and it gets power, relay clicks when key is on.
at first i was getting p1233 which is FPDM disable/ offline.
Possible causes:
Inertia fuel shutoff (IFS) switch needs to be reset.
Open FPDM ground circuit
Open circuit to FPDM PWR RLY
Open FPDM PWR circuit
Open or shorted FPM circuit (engine should start).
Damaged IFS switch.
Damaged FPDM PWR RLY
checked inertia switch and it was in, not popped out, i am not sure if it stays in or out.
and i might switch high beam relay to this fuel relay to see if it fixes problem.

Check all your grounds to the wiring to the fuel pump. I had the same code and just turned out be a bad ground right by the safety ennertia switch

not really..water pump housing to block and thermostat housing to block has some minor coolant leaks.
and i used diode #2 in diode #1 slot, so missing diode.
and local ford dealers has nothing in stock.
they will have by tomorrow, i hope.

car is already up and running strong at 5psi.
i am going to up the boost 11psi and send datalog to randy sometimes this week.
