Thanks for the good wishes. I am 1/4 Irish (Grandfather on my mother's side) but I have no major celebrations planned. I just checked, and I don't even have any green food colouring to add to the beer.

I threw some green beer, irish stew, soda bread, and bread pudding down the ol' gullet.
My belly hurts.
but I have a guiness hat and 4 more Rickard's St. patrick's Day glasses -- I now own 6 in total.
In fact, I have a whole cupboard at home that's just beer glasses. I didn't pay for them directly, but I worked hard for them!
