Short answer - no - but you can change that.
History: the 00-04 models were designed to take them but did not come from the factory with them. To install them it was simply a matter of dropping one into the empty factory space.
Starting with the 05 model Ford changed the cowl design and it no longer accepted the drop-in cabin filter. But it's not difficult to modify the cowl area to accept a cut-down filter from the 00-04.
I did it on my '07 ZTW (sorry I didn't do a write-up) and lots of other people have too - a google search should get you what you need to know.
