I know that quite often the same part can have two different part numbers, so this is not a comment on the above - but current Ford parts listings show the following:

Window switch (part no. 7S4Z14529C) @ 15.83 USD
Sunroof switch (part no. 4S4Z14529DA) @ 31.11 USD

The fact that both numbers are 14529 suggests they might be interchangeable, although the suffix C vs DA is probably also significant.

Good luck.

if that pic is actual switch, then switch looks different and connection looks different.

The fact that it doesn't open all the way suggests there is a mechanical problem = did you try using the little crank handle = does it operate okay when you open and close by hand?

Sorry - didn't see the video - but I think you missed my point. Question: are you able to open the sunroof fully, using the handcrank?

If yes, then you are probably right it is a electrical problem. But if not, then you may have a mechanical problem that is stopping your sunroof from opening.

I think in terms of diagnostics you may wish to eliminate any mechanical problem before assuming it's electrical.
