Original owner, I bought this car Aug 30th 2000 as my daily driver (drive to work, take kids to school).
Well maintained and garaged every night and driven every day until I purchased my 2013 Focus ST.
Un-modded until 2005.

Safe reliable tune on chip (probably the longest running boosted Focus on this site)
30 lbs injectors (plus extra set of 30 lbs injectors unused)

K&N cone filter (freshly cleaned and oiled)

1 step colder Motorcraft spark plugs (fresh 2013)
Steeda branded (Borla manufactured) 2.5 inch cat back exhaust
Magnaflow resonator welded in for that stealth mellow tone (2010)
SVT header (full kit)
RT hi flow cat (also have straight ORP, if you want to go catless)
Hi flow flex
Falken Ziex ZE912 215/45/17 (new 2012)
BSA Racing 17x7 wheels
Falken Espia winter tires used 3 winters

FRPP lowering springs (new 2011)
SVT dampers (new 2011)
2002+ facelift Euro Ford headlights with housing painted black
Euro upper and lower grill
Steeda short throw shifter
Steeda pedals (easy to heel & toe)
Variable speed intermittent wiper upgrade
Mazda 3 Sport rear wiper
Dual map light upgrade
Big 3 ground upgrade
Maintenance and new parts:
Oil changed every 5000 km with synthetic oil (just changed)
Rust checked oil spray treatment every year
New Alternator (April 2013)
New battery (April 2013)
New OEM upper motor mounts (Dec 2012) have poly insert for lower mount uninstalled
Coolant flush (Dec 2012)
New front rotors and pads (Feb 2012)
New rear drums (Feb 2012)
New springs and dampers (2011 see above)
New serpentine accessory belt (2011)
Russell Stainless Steel braided brake lines not installed
Runs great. Never raced or tracked. Everything works…AC, heater, horn, all lights and indicators, radio, parking brake. Passed E-test 4 times with this setup. Easily upgraded to big boost with 2.5” pulley, longer belt, and re-tune.

A combination of the right vehicle, in the right condition, with the right background (one owner, well maintained) at the right time (need to drop some money on the silver ZX5) at the right price - kismet.
