trying to figure out more about the api and what it can do.
more specifically.. can i create 'customer objects' and associate custom fields to them like say.. sales $, customer segment etc and then make business rules around how to handles those customers?

hehehehehe...my competitor...kind of.
We develop and test with Siebel CRM from Oracle. All our clients want to go to Salesforce. :lol:
