Does anyone here have access to the Canadian Red Book? I need the wholesale and retail value on a car i'm buying

I know wholesale the price range for those is 13K-15K, I looked up previous auction sales in GTA (milton/oshawa) and found that was the price range they sold for.
02 w/ 106K sold for 14K week of the 28th (S model)
03 w/ 95K sold for 12K week of the 28th (standard model)
02 w/ 45K sold for 15K in july (S model)
That should give you an idea what the dealers are paying....
