What size of down pipe would work good with my 2.25" MagnaFlow Exhaust...Im maybe thinking of getting a Borla..put not sure yet or doing a custom exhaust.
What would you guys recommend?

You will NEED to go custom, and go 2.5" for your turbo, The flange thats going to the DP is a unique one for your kit so you will not find a pre made downpipe.
They dont sell 1 of's Downpipes for the focus.

I have 2.25 dp .. it was made custom too.. and 2.5 didn't fit in where it comes out.. the bend just would've been too sharp..
Custom downpipe cost me 40$ to have made when i brought 2 U-bends.. not a huge deal

He is really busy...Im only going to do this next year. But I can't afford leaving my car there till he has time to do it like all is other cars. My buddy has a cavalier there since last year and his not done yet... And I don't want to wait a couple of days for a Downpipe. Know what I mean.

I got it done at autoxtrëm ( http://www.autoxtrem.com/) in Gatineau.. they are volkswagen/audi specialists but they did a very good job on my DP.. you do have to leave your car so they can see it and measure for placement, clearance etc.. no need to leave it for a month or anything.. i know its pretty far from you for sure but thats where i had mine done.
People don't make production downpipes caus they are all different.. just think of my setup and flo's for example.. I use the stock manifold for my turbo.. and there's an adapter plate on that for a t25 (any T2X/GT2X should fit), while he's using a mistu, an aftermarket manifold.. placement is always different.. some might want 2.25, some want 2.5 .. its like making a cold air intake for a bunch of cars, it just doesnt work..

id go with Bering's suggestion...and the work they did on his setup is top notch.
Other than that....Id say PM jays200zx3 to find out what hed charge you for it, but remember youd be driving 4 hours to do it. I drive 4 hours cuz i think the man is sexy.

well anyway, if you end up going, tell him I mentioned them..they are good guys..
