Certifying A Car

Hi,

I just wanted to know if anyone knows of a spot on the net that i can check out to find out the "points" and things they check on a car that have to be ok for it to pass the certifying inspection...

Or...do you know if youre horn has to work for it to pass???

hmmm alright...my boyfriend wont be a happy camper..lol.

He just bought at an Auction a 2000 JXI Sebring for 7400$ and theres like 100,000kms on it...but he realized today that the horn doesnt work...So maybe just a fuse???

even if it isnt. a horn is like 15.00 to replace.
