Concerding Re-design
#1
Not sure what I want to do yet, my 2000 white sedan has a blue and black graphics, and needs a little paint, has chrome tail lights, clear corner lenses with white leds. dark tint on windows.

I was thinking of going with a stock clean look.

Wanting an opion on this.

no graphics, no badging, no vinyle windsheild banner maybe tint.
I have silver 17" rims thinking of going white or gun metal, keeping the lights.

i can always appreciate a clean looking car!

black wheels would even look good on your car with the dark tint, door handles and trim being already black

you could always go the Euro route like i did with either the MK1, or MK1 facelift. if you have the black side trim the facelift would look good. Plus crome tail lights of any kind on a focus makes it look cheap. The graffics you have look alright, and I think would look would look good with the suttle look of the MK1 focus.

X2 on the vynil, some 6 spoke svt rims would look clean and nice.

ok so, since I'm not going to be buying a lip kit or any other body parts.

I'm thinking keep the graphics, touch up the paint, black rims, it took me a long time to find a good deal on tail lights so I don't know if I should keep them chrome or spay night shades over them

If your wanting a good deal of tail light just pay for the OEM Euro ones with the shipping and all the other things due with getting them from over seas or the US, they look a million times better then anything with night shade, or Crome anything. not to mention you'd be one of the very few in Canada to have them and thus be different.

Also whats wrong with your current rims? if you keep the ones you have now, you could get any body kit you wanted for what you could pay for with rims. like the Zenon kit.

Zenon kit + OEM Euro tail lights.

^^ you see....im still not sure about those tail lights.......i don't even think some hardcore focus owners can see the difference between those and north american tails..........the difference is way too small for the price

but then again you're a Euro King :D

If you already bought the tail lights why not open them up and black out the chrome parts and put them back together? Alteza/E-bay tails are super getho sorry to say. But that is only my opinion, and most likely the majority of the other members on here. But hey, to each his own.

they still look cheap. not to mention they are very prone to water leaks & fogging. I think best money for value OEM is the way to go.

Speaking of water leaks, sorry to go off topic but I almost lost one of my stock tail light covers last week. I was washing the car and it almost popped right off in my hand. I had some black sealant kicking around so I stuck it back on. Thats my story. Now back on topic.....
