i have a 05, has anyone done db drag with there car, i run in 30+ show this year and never seen one. just looking for pointer if there i any.

Pretty much the same setup for my 300c. Except i'll be going active.

Its shaping up to be

Focal TN52 Tweets or Audidom TLR (if i can find a decent set)

Focal 165K3 Midbass (doors)
Mids and Tweets Powered off Audison SR4
Midbass - Audison SRX2s
Rear - Focal 165k2
ED Eu700 - (in factory sub location)
Powered off a SRX3

Bass
2 or 3 Brahma 12's or 3x ED 13 AV2

2 ED Nine 1's strapped.

Iraggi 300a Alternator and 2x redtops round out the power.

Right now i have everything except the 3rd sub, processor and HU.

I only did a db run once in my car a long time ago...

What did I use?

PowerAcoustik Gothic OV2300 amp (96watts RMS @ 2ohms stereo)
2x 10" PowerAcoustik BL10 Subs in a sealed box (about .75 per sub)
Factory HU
Factory 5x7's
No Cap
Stock battery
Stock Alternator

Used "Stoplight" from Snoop Dogg's "Paid da cost to be tha boss" album....

130.2db......

Not bad for a system that maybe cost $500 total at the time, and only about 200W

I did pro-street db drag last year and pulled and average 154.5 in my 2000 ZX3. I am running a 15"DD with a fosgate 10001bd amp for the subs

dont have a pic of the amp but on the birth sheet it puts out 1355 watts at 14.4V

this year, I have two three amps and six Alpine Type R's.....I want to take first this year....last year I took second but its not good enough for me

well i hocked one amp to day and did a 146.5 then i blow one of my subs

i did 2 RE 18's in a wall last year. that was kinda fun. waiting to see what i want to do this year if i do anything at all. after installing them all day you dont feel liek playing with your own car.
