Installed some new spark plug wires today, and ran into a problem. ( Yeah, I know, how do you screw up plug wires? )

Anyways, all went well except for plug number 4. The boot wouldn't stay sitting down over the plug. It kept popping back up, wouldn't stay down no matter how hard I pushed. So it wouldn't make the metal to metal connection.

Any ideas?
