I talked to my supplier and he said the 10 order thing is a pretty firm number but he might be able to cut a little bit of a better deal. end result would be like $5 off per set of pads.... nothing really all that special..

Ok, enough of being a nice guy. That is pure BS and poor customer service. You want my business, then be a good service provider and get me my goods that I purchased in a reasonable amount of time. I guarantee that if I let this go on long enough I wouldn't have the parts until after Labour Day.
Someone fawked the order up and I don't care who. But my time and having to chase you for answers is more valuable. 5 days to post an answer on here as to what is happeneing with our order is too long. Either provide us with an out of pocket expense for the delays and total BS we have had on this "Group Buy".
30 days with my money and not even a hint of when your going to be shipping the parts is too long. I am going to give this 7 more days. If I don't hear that you are shipping or have shipped my parts out by then, then I will be asking for a complete refund.
