jsut so you know you will need some other parts besides the motor and ecu unless you can find one that comes with all accesories attached (ie alternator for sure, maybe starter, a/c etc)

gotta search the net, focaljet.com has tons of info on this swap.
the one good idea that seems to be running around the threads is to find a wrecked zetec car and you'll have everything you need.
hope this helps and i think you should really think about how deep this is before you start buying the parts :)
