No insult. But that site is very confusing for someone who doesn't know the first thing about fitness.

I know I "need" to do somthing, it's just a matter of time before I do.

But finding the time is the point.

Most of you don't own a home, a car(or 4 in my case), a full time job, take on extra work at times on the side, are in the process of selling one house and buying another, have to care for ailing parents and their household..........and the list goes on.

Excuses........to some extent yes. But if I only lived at home with my parents who fed and sheltered me then time would not be a concern.

Walk a day in my shoes and you'd be enlightened.
