Here's the thing, I've pretty much gone through everything, and the only things off the top of my head that are missing are

1 coleman air mattress
1 coleman air pump
1 can of Deep Woods Off (I thought I had 2 anyways)

And maybe some other small crap that could have been just miscounted or something...

So they didn't take anything of particularily large value. Just rifled through my s**t and took the airmattress.

Maybe the security guard was tired?

My guess it was some kids with nothing better to do... I'm sure I'd have caught them if I had put the motion camera in my cage (which I'm thinking of doing).
