got a blackberry phone that needs some warranty work, but when i called bell they told me my company has to send it out for warranty work. When i told my work, they just sent me a new one instead. So i've got this BB that has warranty, but needs to be fixed. So if anyone could help please let me know.

Try contacting RIM directly, since it's a manufacturer warrenty Bell would just send the damn thing to them to get fixed.
