Your not even in the right area for what a set of virtually new rims and tires would cost.
If I sell you my tires and rims, then i need to find a set of steelies(about $85 each), and then get new snow tires(about $150 each). Total cost to me $940. Then i would like to pocket a few bucks. So if were not in the same price range, then i wish you the best of luck.

And I am in Guelph.
