If you watch, about once a month CTC has the 1/2" one (lb-ft) on sale for between $60 and $70. That's when I bought mine.

Watch out that one, its a really good one. I had mine torque wrench break on me, took it down to CT where they just replaced with the newer model since mine was about 6 or 7 years old. It it worth the money to buy a quality precision tool.
