hey i have seen in the past some of you guys can get deals on rims. my brother is looking to buy some 17in rims for his 02 ram 1500, 5-5.5 bolt

hes looking for black or mostly black with some chrome in a 17in

somthing like this first one is alum, second is steel

also brand dosnt matter hes just looking for a deal.
