Hey guys.
Still working out, still making progress. Weights are up a bit, weight loss has leveled off and now I'm looking like a thick giant.
I want to know what supplements you guys are using, and which ones will help me cut a little weight safely. I currently take a protein shake once, sometimes twice a day.
I don't want to just walk into a store to get something without knowing anything.
I have a GNC card so if I can get it there, that would be great.
The kicker, dairy doesn't play well in my guts so it needs to be dairy free.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I want to shed some more weight do I can see the muscles that I know are there.
