in your car, being an 02.5+, you wont notice much. The shifter is shortened in length ofcourse, but since we dont have a center pivot like the 00-02 cars, you wont notice much of a difference in throw. They do move where the linkage attaches, however it isn't enough i find to actually make any difference in throw
If you want a short throw and dont mind a little work, cut your stock one and re thread it. The CFM shifter is 3" shorter then stock and i believe the steeda tri-ax shifter is about 1.5"-2" shorter. I personally use the CFM and i like it. Doesnt feel like a transport truck when shifting but like i said, the shorter shaft is really the main difference
