The car they came off had, literally, 1.6 miles on it; written-off during its first drive. I drove to Detroit and bought the engine and parts. These are what's left, essentially brand new.

He's not lying. That engine is now happily in my racecar and quite strong as compared to my old 237,xxx motor.
