Yes there is.
You have quite a bit of options actually, you can use a datalogger, to record a "flashable" chip, in which you can adjust the different aspects of the tune by +/- a certain amount.

You can go with a Pectel, thats big bucks. AEM has some sort of datalogging kit....theres the palm dyno or whatver it is also, for datalaogging....
