We've got an offer in on a townhouse. We're currently in a lease that started in February for our apt.
I know I have to give a full 60 days. Also I think the management company charges $100.
Has anyone tried to get out of a apt lease? Good stories bad stories, any tips?
Should I get a lawyer immediately? or is one really not neccessary?
