wow, what a mess... sorry to hear about your terrible experience. Ya know, sometimes the worst experiences can turn into great experiences if handled properly. It doesn't sound like they are attempting to even come half way on this. Fcuk em. I'm a 'crusader' too, and I'd be in their face every opportunity I had... almost for the fun of it. Bastards.
