New Development:
the fingers are bent(we knew this before) so: They said they didn't do it and we must have done it by abusing it. One is out 1/4" and the tips are blueish
My father a former mechanic and service manager for like almost 30 yrs or something said that's not right. So he called a Ford dealer that he is friends with and talked to a few techs, etc. Okay, apparently what "we" did to our car is impossible!! :huh:
dad explained it, but i am currently a little confused. He said that driving the car would not do that, and the dealership he talked to (also ford) said that we couldn't have done it.
So, now what. this just gets worse.
