wow.. this is an veryinteresting situation

i've talked to tyler about this and he knows what i think about the whole situation all i can say from working at a dealership is regarding your warrantee.. it can be void if mods are done and prove that it has contributed to what's wrong withthe car..

also it goes with the same how you drive. If you drive your car hard, it can void your warrantee BUT the dealership has to prove it first.. eg.. if its a common problem with focus' then it should be covered by warrantee but if it's something that really uncommon then yes it's gonna put the dealership in question on how the owner(s) drive the car and how the car is treated. They dont have to nessecary catch you bagging the car but there are ways to find on how the car is treated, interally and electronically. If they think that you or tyler have been bagging your car, ask them what their reason for thinking so, also prossible go to percival ford and asking for a list of repairs done to all focus' at that dealership.. if the pressure plate and the clutch is a common thing to go on a focus then they can't exactly say it's not covered by warrantee.

Tyler and wife(sorry i forgot your first name LOl) you both are fighting a TOUGH fight, all i can say is you are not gonna win by fighting back.. it's all gonna go no where. 75% of arguements out there between dealerships and consumers, are won because of the amount of research is done. Your best thing to do is do your research this way whatever they say you can find out if they are BSing you or not. I've heard bad things about that dealership... bsing and s**t. Like S2 said.. call around see what all the techs say.. it's gonna be a lot of work.. but it's the only sign of hope if you want to win.

PS.. like Brooks said.. don't take it public by the paper.. a. the paper wont do anything coz it cuts down a company, and b. law suits will happen.
