I think there have been people who have modified a euro lower grill to fit into the SVT bumper opening, not sure how hard it would be to make it look good though.
There's really nothing else that matches the SVT lower grill (other than the upper grill), all the european grills have X-patterns (1998-01 have smaller X's, 02-04 have larger X's).
