No the ram air is for track use only no light in there. A set of dual projectors will be good for the street just run it without the high beam. As for the heat wrap I don't really have a need for it and it was like $50 brand new so won't really bring the price down. Maybe I can throw in something for cheap to sweet the deal for you. As for the suspesion its 2.2 in the rear and the front is adjustable between 1.5 and 3.5 right now I have it prob about 2.5 and still got around with my daily driving without to much scraping and no clearence problems. I actually like this set up the best cause the eibach springs would touch the slicks when i went racing.
