Good Run In At Erinwood Ford
#1
Went to the dealer today after my stepfather saw what we thought was a nail embedded in the tread of my right rear tire (I tried removing the object with a key, it wasn't budging so we assumed the object was a nail)

So I bring the car in and explain the problem to my SA. The SA says they'll take a look at it and after 15 minutes the SA comes to me asking me to show them where the object was. Turns out that as the tech was yanking out all sorts of nasty debris between the treads, what we had thought was a nail was actually only a piece of glass. That problem solved I ask the SA what this will cost me and she turns to me and says "no charge"

They didn't have to do that and for that Erinwood Ford gets a boquet from me.
