Sent Msgs Not Saving

I think I might have asked a while ago about this but I still haven't been able to figure it out can i get some confirmation on this what changes do I need to make.

I think you have to click on the part wich says something about ading a copy to your saved file.

I'm confused as well because I've been sending people private messages but i dont think thery're receiving them.

There's a checkbox that you can click on that will save your sent messages. You can also turn on message tracking so you can see when people view them.

We did have a problem with PM's not working before -- due to a software upgrade... but it should be working fine now.

Ok DP I think we need a screen shot or directions to get to that screen and make note what to check off.

when you create your message, there's a checkbox at the bottom for saving the message to your saved folder...

if you select that checkbox, your message will be saved to your sent box when you send.

OK so everytime Im sending out an important msg just tick that off and it will save alright I can do that I always thought it was something with the settings.

What does track this msg do?

"Track message" is supposed to let you know if the message was in fact looked at by the other party, that's all.

IOW, they may see the message but not will they understand / do anything about the message.
