I have plans to either put the Sierra Cosworth Drivetrain in her (AWD of course)
Or Find an Volvo V70 XC and drop the 2.5 turbo AWD in there.

It will depend on cash flow... Especially since now I also looking at replacing my other car for a used BMW M5

The grill is on its way.... I had to special order some steel woven wire mesh... Stupid expensive.

Nice Cloned RS, I'd like to do that on a Blue Street Edition sedan or Wagon as it would be totally cool.

But nice job none the less, all you need is the RS steering wheel and the seats.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

so what's involved in doing widebody conversion?

Do you need to do new control arms / drive shafts? or is the RS just different offset wheels?

Thanks, But I decided I should get the seat and steering that I like.... Not to big on leather steering so I am recovering mine with Alcantra suede, better grip. And I am getting a set of Sparco Milano seats.

Actually to do the full rs wide body conversion, you need the wheels, the control arm the knuckles and halfshaft.

All I used was the wheels and a set of spacers, since I am going with a different drivetrain in the summer, I will need to build new parts to fit that anyway.

The rear is also wider so you would need the parts for that also

That's some seriously sweet widebody goin' on there.

If it was mine, I'd leave it FWD for serviceability... but AWD = t3h h0tn3ss.

Good luck!
