Never Make Fun Of A Stock Neon Again.
#1
Thats right.

Next time a stock 4 door (98 older style) neon pulls up beside me I wont laugh anymore.

Dude here at the track hit 15.7 on a fully stock neon. Stock tires everything. Oh he had a short ram intake. Trying to get in touch with him to see what his reactions times were and such but dam....A NEON! not bad stock.

Also took into consideration he races track every day since he owns his very own oval track so his driving skills are insane.

It's probably one of those ACR Neons, that's right around the timeframe they were really popular. So if you added in the 150HP engine, got the ACR package (all major panels are aluminum), you got a curb weight of about 2000-2100 lbs. There's no way you CAN'T run under 16 seconds with that behind you.

The stock tires are a nice touch, tho.
