I love it, forest to the back and nice view of the city on the terrace at the front. I should have a meet here some time in the summer, I have plenty of room with two decks and an 8 person hottub ;) . Approx. 4000 sq/ft (7 bedroom, 4 bathroom, two kitchens), and I need all of it with 3 kids and my mother living with us.

That's a sweet ride. Only one thing really keeps me from considering one down the road (besides the price): OIL BURNER.
You'd think they'd devise a better way to lubricate the little hamster wheels after 30-odd years of development :)
