Looks good.. interior is a bit too red for my tastes, but looks well done. What's with your passenger airbag cover? The edges are all messed up..
Also, are you planning on painting your headlights red too? That would look a lot better I think.

Ya the airbag was a failed attempt to take the cover off and paint it, when i get another day i'm gonna try and flatten it out. The interior is actually more orange, but in the pics its looks a lot more red. As for the headlights, i'm just tryin to find a shop that doesn't want an arm and a leg to paint them. So far the cheapest i can find to paint them is like $150, which seems like alot to paint a pair of headlights.

150 is cheap! Ford charged me 200 plus tax, I had no choice they came with the car.

No it isnt, you got ripped again by Ford.
I went to 3 different places to get my Hellas painted, the cheapest was $60.00 if I paid cash. all the other quotes were under $85.00.
If your good with the spray can, you can get pretty close to the stock color for under $30.00 of paint....
Habman, What are you trying to do with that grill?

The grill didn't survive the winter so a new one is in the works for the summer, prolly fibreglass somethin up to replace it. As for painting the lights, finding the paint to match my headlights is a lil tough, but i might think about that black idea. Prolly look better than they do now anyways.

No, dont go black, keep them the way it is now if your not going to paint them the body color. Black will just stick out to much. What are you doing with that grill? Can I purchase it off of you for cheap if your getting a new one?

Right now i'm gonna use the grill as a template for the new grill, but if it survives the process i'll let ya know.
As soon as i can find a place around hamilton that will paint the headlights for a decent price i'm gonna get them color matched to the rest of the car, until then they'll just stay silver.

Maybe they'll give ya a better price if you uninstall them and take them over to the body shop yourself.

I can only hope, but i'm starting to lean towards doing it myself, just don't want to have to order the paint from the states to do it.

There should be places around you that can mix paint into a spray can for you, matched to the vehicle color code on the door. 1 large can cost me around $20, and they mixed it while I waited.

The black (matte finish) paint idea shouldn't look that bad until you either get your colour match or get a shop to do it and you could get your side mirrors done to!
Your car's amber colour needs to be bang- on .

I like it, it's just red enough inside (unlike that other car we saw a while back).
