What is the maximum hp the stock components can handle? If you add boost - what about clutch, transmission, drive shafts, etc. (I am thinking of a 2000 ZX3 Zetec).

Depends all on the tuner/tune. Some guys are hitting 300whp on stock parts.
New clutch, fly wheel are recomended. I just go off of what I read.

yeah I'd like to know what kind of price I'd be looking at. I want to hit 200- 250 in a daily driver. I was looking at doing a t3 with intercooler. I have a center force clutch and 2.25 magna flow ss cat-back. just wondering what I'd have to change/ add to hit those numbers and how much I'd have to spend to get there. I don't want a whole lot of power, just enough to spank my brothers truck and wipe his stupid smile off his face and get him to shut up about my car being crap because it is a four cyclinder.

I can't wait to see his face when a 4 banger with 200 hp bet his chevy truck with double the hp.
