Antenna Problems
#1
My antenna snapped off in the cold. Problem is, it snapped inside the housing, where the male threads are coming out. I tried to dill them out, but its glued in , not threaded in. Has anyone replaced their antenna housing before? If so, is it hard, and how much was the replacement?

Pics attached.

Yah, I've had the same happen to my car.

Were you running the stock antenna?

It usually happens with an aftermaket billet antenna because there is no flex to it, and it just snaps it right off, especially in the cold.

Mine happened from a piece of ice off a vehicle in front of me, must have been quite the impact.

It might be.

The part is only 8.00$ do it yourself. It takes about 10 min.

It was the billet, no flex. Thanks for all the tips.
