It's just down the street form Union station for transit is available if you don't / can't drive.
I figured a lot of notice might work better for people to cancel their other engagements.
It's a Friday so there's no work the next day.

though, I'd like to add there's more chance of me bailing with this much notice than if someone said, "hey, wanna go out for a beer tomorrow?".

underground parking right across from the convention center .. can't beat the price of it
I'm not sure if theres a closer underground spot
EDIT: After checking that map that anthonyD posted i think the underground parking is right where ARMADILLOS is

There is more parking around there than you will know what to do with!
