Hey guys,

I'm trying to determine if I did get the 'outter ring' these people talk of, or not.

I haven't installed mine yet, but it pretty much looks like this guys:

Take a look at the front end of my car.

Do you see the holes where the outer ring should be? Notice the driver's side of the grill?

That's where an outer ring should be.

It is hard to tell from your photos if you do/don't have the outer ring.

I have found recently that some places sell it with the outer ring, while others don't. Apparently you can take off the outer ring and paint it.
