I know these aren't for a focus, but they might fit members other rides...

2010 Mustang 18" Wheels and Tires $850
(Set of 4) Pirelli Zero Nero 235/50ZR18
with sensors (TPMS) add $200

Brand New take offs with factory Pirelli tires
only 1000kms on tires, still nitrogen filled and stored indoors since car was purchased.
